   A Chattanooga native, Brandon Waters, is one-half of the building team, Waters-Holland.  Mitch Holland, a Birmingham native, met Waters at Auburn and together they quickly established a partnership to build unique homes utilizing the innovative building techniques. Waters-Holland has been building in the Chattanooga area for over 9 years and was ranked #4 of all Chattanooga area builders in number of homes built in 2013.  Their knack for marrying quality construction with fresh, innovative design is what has set them apart from their local counterparts. Waters-Holland homes can be found in Georgetown Bay, Georgetown Landing, Brock Pointe, Downing Green, Wellesley, Council Fire, Hampton Cove and Hampton on the Lake.  Artisan and Oxford Park, are two developments where they are both the developer and exclusive builder.  Their newest exclusive development, Inverness, is located in East Brainerd off Jenkins Road.

  Bud Jackson, owner of New Castle Homes, has a stellar reputation as a homebuilder in both the Chattanooga and North Georgia markets. Bud is a hands-on builder having begun his homebuilding career over thirty years ago as a framing contractor. RDG Properties
  RDG Properties, a custom home builder in Chattanooga, is owned by Phil Rowland and son, Dusty Rowland.  The Rowlands are from Chattanooga and have been building custom homes and commercial properties in Chattanooga for over 10 years.
  Certified as a Better Built Contractor by Greenspaces, RDG Properties incorporates many Green building concepts into each home they build.
RDG  is a preferred builder in the Black Creek Mountain development and has constructed more homes in Black Creek Mountain than any other builder over the last several years.  RDG Properties is also currently building homes in Ooltewah's The Retreat at White Oak and Magnolia Creek, also in Ooltewah.
